Streaming to TikTok LIVE

This guide will show you how you can use XSplit Broadcaster to stream on TikTok LIVE.

Obtaining the RTMP URL and Stream Name



In order to use XSplit Broadcaster to stream to TikTok LIVE, you will need to be eligible to access to your Server URL and Stream Key. If you are unable to see any of the options on the steps below, TikTok LIVE may not be eligible or available on your account.

Mobile

On the TikTok app, tap on the + button.
Scroll to LIVE.
Select Cast on PC/Mac/console.
Set your Title, Topic and other options.
Tap on the Go LIVE button.

You will be able to copy Server URL and Stream Key from the app now.
To easily get the Server URL and Stream Key to XSplit after going live on mobile: Open the TikTok homepage on your desktop browser then click on Live NOW to see your stream details.

Desktop

On your browser, go to the Tiktok LIVE Center page.
Click on LIVE Room on the sidebar.
Click on Go LIVE button at the bottom.
Set your Title, Topic and other options.
Click on Go LIVE button again then the LIVE now button.

You will be able to copy Server URL and Stream Key from the stream details shown.

Setting up the Custom RTMP output on XSplit Broadcaster



Click on Broadcast > Set up a new output > Custom RTMP.

Enter the RTMP URL (Server URL) and Stream Key you obtained above. The Name field is also required. You can type anything here.

Click OK after entering your details.

You will be able to select the Custom RTMP profile you created on the Broadcast menu to start streaming.
