Rolling Back Game Source to an Older Version

Follow these steps to reinstall an older version of XSplit Broadcaster and roll back to its previous Game Source component.

Riot Vanguard currently blocks XSplit Broadcaster’s newest Game Source component. We’ve contacted Riot, but the issue has not yet been resolved. Until then, use this workaround.

Download and install the latest Beta version of XSplit Broadcaster.
Right-click the XSplit Broadcaster shortcut and select Properties.

In Target, add a space followed by appgsuselegacyfiles, then click OK.

$The Shortcut Target should look like: "C:\\Program Files\\XSplit\\Broadcaster\\XSplit.Core.exe" appgsuselegacyfiles$

Launch XSplit Broadcaster using the updated shortcut.

XSplit Broadcaster will now use the older Game Source component. To use the newer Game Source component, just remove the Shortcut parameter.
