Release Notes (February 2025 Release)
Release Highlights
Amazon IVS Streaming
XSplit Broadcaster now supports Amazon Interactive Video Service (IVS), allowing you to stream directly to your IVS channels.

Simply create or select a channel in the Amazon IVS console, copy your stream key, and paste it into the new Amazon IVS Output.
Amazon IVS Multitrack Video can also be enabled through the plugin. This generates multiple video tracks of different qualities from your GPU, which can reduce server-side transcoding and help your viewers experience smooth streams regardless of their internet bandwidth. Encoder settings are also automatically configured when Multitrack Video is enabled.
Expanded H.265/HEVC Support
H.265/HEVC encoding is now available for Intel Quick Sync Video (QSV) and AMD Video Codec Engine (VCE), building on the initial NVIDIA NVENC support introduced previously. This expansion provides more efficient compression, offering higher-quality video at lower bitrates. ¹

AMD VCE Enhancements
XSplit can now detect and use multiple VCE-capable AMD GPUs. This update allows you to choose which GPU handles encoding in multi-GPU setups. AMD VCE also gains AV1 encoding, giving you the flexibility to produce high-quality streams at reduced bandwidth.
