Why is VCam Mirrored on Video Chat Apps?

In most conference apps, the image or video preview will appear mirrored or flipped. This is normal for virtual camera input and is intended by design for most video conferencing apps.



The orientation will appear correctly when you make a video call, and all text will show the right way around.
