Cancelling Subscription Renewals
This article applies to current XSplit accounts only. If you have an account created before September 3, 2025 and haven't have migrated your account to the new infrastructure, steps for cancelling your subscription can be found here.
Store Login
- Go to the XSplit Store then click Login on the upper-right.

- Enter your email address and click on

- Enter the code you received from the email then click

Cancelling Renewals
- After logging in, click on Manage plan.

- Click on the subscription you're planning to cancel.

- Click on Cancel renewal.

- Click on the Cancel renewal button.

- You will receive a confirmation screen that the subscription renewal has been cancelled and the subscription will be labeled as Non-renewing.

Cancelling Recurring Subscriptions (Legacy)
- Go to the XSplit Dashboard to access Billing in the Dashboard sidebar.

- Go to Recurring Subscriptions. There you will see your XSplit Account's active subscriptions.

- Click the Cancel Subscription button of the XSplit license renewal you wish to stop.

- Click the Cancel Account button.
You will get a confirmation from the Dashboard that the cancellation process is completed.
