Can I Use XSplit VCam on Safari and FaceTime?
Currently, virtual cameras are not compatible with most native Apple macOS apps such as Safari and FaceTime due to certain restrictions with macOS security. As a result, third-party applications and plugins may not load.
If it's your first time running VCam on your computer, you will be greeted with a popup to help get you started in using XSplit in your streaming/conferencing applications, but with a warning about applications that may not support virtual cameras.
