Logging into the Customer Portal

**Open the XSplit Customer Portal **
Input Your Email Address: Ensure this is the same email address associated with your XSplit account.
Access the Link from Email: If your email is active with SplitmediaLabs Limited, you'll receive a link in your inbox. Remember, this link will remain active for just 30 minutes, so be prompt!

Updating or Changing Your Payment Method

As financial situations or preferences change, there might be a need to switch to a different card or payment method. Whether it's an expired credit card or other concerns, updating payment details ensures uninterrupted service.

Add Payment Method: In the Customer Portal, go to the Payment Method section and click on Add payment method.
Input New Details: Here, enter the necessary card details and finalize by clicking Add.

|| Removing Older Cards: To delete an older card, simply click on the "…" icon adjacent to the card then select Delete. This can only be done if another payment method has been added or if there isn’t an active plan on the current card.

Audio: Twitch VOD Track

The Twitch VOD audio track allows you to send a separate audio track that will be used in VODs saved on Twitch. This VOD-specific audio feed can exclude copyrighted music or other audio elements that could potentially lead to copyright strikes or muted audio in the VOD.

Note: Using the Twitch VOD audio track feature requires some setup, including configuring audio inputs and outputs to ensure that the correct audio is sent to the live stream and VOD respectively.

Enable Twitch VOD Audio

Switch your audio capture mode to Presentation Sources by going to Tools > Settings then the Audio tab.
Open your Twitch Properties (click the gear icon beside your Twitch output under the Broadcast menu).
Select a track to be used as the VOD Track. || Track 1 is selected by default and this will send all audio from your stream to your VOD. Don't change this setting if you're not planning to exclude any audio on your VODs.

Workaround: Twitch stream terminated or unable to start

We are aware of an issue where users cannot start their Twitch stream. An update to the Twitch Output plugin has been made to resolve this and further updates will be made to restore full functionality to the Twitch plugin.

If you encounter any of these error messages when starting your Twitch stream, update your Twitch Output plugin: Your broadcast was terminated due to repeated restarts. For Users With Browser Addons/Extensions

The error message is usually caused by certain browsers types and/or browser extensions blocking XSplit from authorizing the login, such as ad blockers, proxies, or VPN services. You can fix this by disabling these services temporarily and then try logging in again.

For Users With Brave Browser

Brave's very own Shields extension is known to cause issues with XSplit's web-based login authorization, rendering user's unable to successfully log in.

If Brave is set as your computer’s default browser, we suggest disabling Brave's Shields on the XSplit website by toggling it down. Then login on the XSplit program again to complete the authorization. You can turn the Brave Shields UP again after successfully logging in.
