Getting Started: Your XSplit Broadcaster Premium Trial
This guide will walk you through signing up for a 14-day trial of XSplit Broadcaster Premium. Please note that this trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the 14-day period, with a 25% discount applied to your first billing cycle. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Step 1: Register for an Account
- Navigate to the XSplit Beta Store.
- Click on 14 days for free or the option to Log In or sign up for a new account
- Log in with one of the providers (Google, Facebook etc.) or by email. If you choose email you will be prompted to enter your email address for a confirmation code. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your email address and complete the initial account setup.
Step 2: Choose Your Subscription
Once your account is created, select the subscription plan for XSplit Broadcaster Premium. You will have the choice of different billing cycle lengths (e.g., monthly, yearly, lifetime).
The 14-day free trial will be automatically applied to your selection.
Step 3: Enter Your Payment Information
To activate the trial, you will need to provide a valid payment method. Enter your credit card details or select another available payment method.
You will not be charged at this time.
Upon completion of these steps, your 14-day trial of XSplit Broadcaster Premium will begin. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your trial and upcoming subscription.

How do I revert to the old XSplit Broadcaster?
All you have to do is uninstall XSplit Broadcaster then use the installer found on the main page.
How do I use my existing Lifetime Premium license?
We have not migrated existing licenses for this Beta test. Once testing is complete and the new infrastructure is verified, all existing licenses will be migrated.
For existing XSplit Broadcaster Premium Lifetime license holders who wish to use their Lifetime license for the Beta, please contact Support to get a license key.
What do I do if my next renewal is showing Invalid Date?
This is currently a known display bug for Lifetime licenses and will be fixed. It does not affect your license.
Managing your XSplit Subscription
Here are the instructions for managing your subscription status, canceling your plan, and updating your payment methods.
Checking your Subscription Status
- Click on Manage Plan.
- Click on Manage Subscriptions on the upper-right.
- Beside the subscription you wish to check, click on Details to view its status, next billing date, and other relevant information.
Cancelling your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time during the 14-day trial to prevent being charged. Your trial and premium access will continue until the end of the trial period.
- Follow the same steps as checking your subscription status: Click Manage Plan, then Manage Subscriptions.
- Click on Details next to your active subscription.
- Select the option to Hold or Cancel.
- Confirm your choice by clicking Confirm cancel renewal.
Managing Payment Methods
You can add, update, or remove payment methods associated with your XSplit account.
To Add a Payment Method:
- Click on Manage Plan.
- Select My Payment Accounts.
- Click on Add Account and follow the prompts to enter your new payment details.
To Delete a Payment Method:
- Go to Manage Plan and then My Payment Accounts.
- Click Delete next to the payment method you wish to remove.
You will be prompted to either Delete the payment method permanently or Replace it with a new one.
Support for Payment-Related Issues
For any issues concerning payments, such as errors, declined charges, or requests for invoices and receipts, you should contact XSolla directly.
While on any of the payment or subscription pages, look for the XSolla support icon, which is located in the lower-left corner of the screen.
