My stream keeps going offline?

by StuttterButtter » Sat Apr 14, 2012 5:28 pm

Hello every 1 iv been streaming for a few weeks now and my Stream keeps going offline while im streaming on TwitchTV. It was fine for the first few days but then after that it started crashing ever 10-30min. No lagg the stream looks great but then it just goes offline my chat and everything else still works but no video. i have to start and restart the Broadcast from Xsplit for it to start working.
Iv tried messing with Xsplit settings but with no luck and tryd the whole bandwidth tester to find the best location but that didn't work as well.

I have good Internet hears my speed. http://www.speedtest.net/result/1894390465.png
And a good computer.

Any thing would help thx. and if you have any recommendations on settings would be great iv set them to what i think would be good but maybe that not wright.

Hi StutterButter. can you please see (and do a test) these two FAQ entries: faq.php#f4r0 and faq.php#f4r1 ?

Also, please post your stream settings here and lets start from there.

Do you have any kind of router before your modem in your setup?

That can cause some issues if not configured properly, also, you can try and set up your channel using this, let me know if you see any difference.
