- What game are you trying to add, and is it running already when you try to add it? Have you tried running XSplit first, then the game, then trying to add it via Game Source? Does the problem happen with all other games as well, or just this one?

- Regarding the crash please click the More Information >> button and copy/paste the log here (or copy it to Pastebin and link that, if you prefer).

I believe I read somewhere about nvidia drivers not being compatible. That's what I have if we want to jump straight into that.

I'm trying to add The War Z. I followed instuctions and selected "Enable Game Source". Disabled Aero. Then I went to add game while my game was running and it still pops up.

I gave account info to my friend and he followed my steps and had no problem adding game instantly.

Are you using MSI Afterburner, Razer Game Booster, EVGA Precision, etc.? These programs muck with things like core affinities and background processes and interfere with XSplit functionality on a regular basis.

I only have Sony Vegas Pro 12. I'm not running it as I using Xsplit. I restarted my computer and went straight to Xsplit and still have same problem.

I went into msconfig and disabled everything on start up and all services. The problem still occurred.
