With Presentation Switcher, you can switch between setups in a few clicks, like going from Gaming to Podcasting. We’re also expanding Twitch Enhanced Broadcasting support to compatible Intel GPUs. It also brings YouTube Gifts and Kick chat updates, along with improvements to Stream Deck controls and presentation exports. Each Presentation keeps its own scenes, sources, output channels and video settings. Click the current Presentation name in the top toolbar. Then select the setup you want to load. If you have an Alchemist or Battlemage discrete GPU, you can now stream using Intel Quick Sync with H.264 and H.265 encoding. We’ve added Gift activity to the **Stream Dashboard** and **YouTube Live Alerts** for eligible YouTube livestreams. We’ve also added **Kick Chat Viewer** so you can follow your channel’s chat without leaving Broadcaster. The included HTML5 viewer lets you customize its appearance and chat message format to match your stream. ### Smoother streaming and recording workflows [You can now control **Multi Output Mode** from your Elgato Stream Deck](https://marketplace.elgato.com/product/xsplit-controller-44cf01af-8066-43f0-983f-b141a18772a7), including setups with horizontal and vertical layouts. We’ve also replaced the Broadcast menu with the **Output** menu and improved Stream Info. When you export a Presentation, your **Stinger and Luma transition files** now come with it. That makes it easier to take your saved setup and transitions with you. We’ve also improved Presentation Packager and fixed issues with importing, loading and exporting Presentations. New **Local Recording** setups now have **Multi Track audio** enabled by default. Your existing recording configurations stay as they are. You can review the recording properties and track assignments to choose how your audio is recorded. **Video Playlist** is now named **Media Playlist**. On a clean installation, recordings are saved to **Videos\XSplit\Broadcaster** by default. Screenshots are saved to **Pictures\XSplit\Broadcaster**. --- ## XSplit Broadcaster 4.6.2609.2802 ### Features & Improvements **Presentations and workflow** - Added Presentation Switcher. - Updated the Output menu and removed the Broadcast menu. - Improved Stream Info. - Improved Presentation Packager and presentation exports, including support for Stinger and Luma transition files. - Enabled multitrack audio recording by default for new Local Recording setups. - Renamed Video Playlist to Media Playlist. - Changed the default recording and screenshot folders for clean installations. - Removed authentication and streaming hints from source plugins. **Streaming and integrations** - Added Kick Chat Viewer, including an HTML5 chat viewer. - Updated Elgato Stream Deck integration with Multi Output Mode controls. - Added Intel H.264 and H.265 support for Twitch Enhanced Broadcasting. - Added YouTube Gifts support in the Stream Dashboard and YouTube Live Alerts. - Addressed an error when clicking **Start Stream** for Dailymotion. **Media playback** - Updated decoding and playback for video and audio files plus RTMP/RTSP streams. ### Bug Fixes **Streaming, outputs and authentication** - Fixed Stream Dashboard events and Facebook viewer counts failing to update. - Fixed a Stream Key interface issue in Amazon IVS. - Improved handling of expired Twitch tokens and unauthorized responses. - Fixed the interface freezing when opening Twitch channel settings. - Fixed authentication from source plugins failing to open an external browser. - Fixed Output 2 continuing to stream after its channel was unchecked in the Output dropdown. - Fixed inactive outputs being incorrectly marked as streaming in Multi Output Mode. - Fixed selected channels failing to reload or take effect after switching or loading a Presentation. - Fixed repeated clicks on **Authorize/Change** making YouTube Live channel properties unresponsive. - Fixed an error during channel bandwidth test logging. - Fixed an error when starting Twitch streams with a stream key, including handling of Enhanced Broadcasting configuration failures. - Added a notification when YouTube Live fails to automatically end a broadcast after you stop streaming. - Improved streaming stability. **Presentations and the interface** - Fixed hangs or freezes while loading the main window. - Fixed hotkey mode and behavior displaying incorrectly in the interface. - Fixed the screenshot button failing to work. - Fixed the output network adapter setting being disabled at startup. - Fixed preset changes sometimes failing to animate. - Fixed the BPZip load dialog remaining visible until the channel load/overwrite prompt was closed. - Fixed the top bar freezing after importing a ZIP file. - Fixed the mixer turning blank and the interface freezing after closing Layout Wizard. - Fixed the Presentation and Single/Multi Output Mode dropdowns covering part of the mixer when the top bar was hidden. - Fixed presentation files failing to open when double-clicked while Broadcaster was already running. - Fixed custom extensions failing to reappear after restarting the app. - Fixed BPZip files being saved even when the export failed. - Fixed an error when renaming a Presentation from the dropdown. **Sources, capture and audio** - Added VST3 stability fixes. - Fixed camera previews failing to load in camera source properties. - Fixed an error when selecting AI Voice Clarity after launching the app from a different path. - Fixed DirectX 9 games crashing when added as a source. - Fixed an unnecessary **Permission is required** dialog when opening Live Captions. - Fixed chat viewer issues involving HTML chat URLs, Kick badges/icons and YouTube HTML chat text size. - Fixed GIF sources appearing at low resolution or playing poorly in some builds. - Fixed a crash after adding an RTSP source. - Fixed missing video during playback of some files. - Fixed playback failures with some MP3 files.
