# Cancelling Subscription Renewals

|| This article applies to **current** XSplit accounts only. If you have an account created __before September 3, 2025__ and haven't have migrated your account to the [new infrastructure](/en/article/new-xsplit-infrastructure-launch-faq-1k5n3vi/), steps for [cancelling your subscription can be found here](#2-cancelling-recurring-subscriptions-legacy).

## Store Login

1. Go to the XSplit Store then click Login on the upper-right.

2. Enter your email address and click on

3. Enter the code you received from the email then click

## Cancelling Renewals
1. After logging in, click on **Manage plan**.

2. Click on the subscription you're planning to cancel.

3. Click on **Cancel renewal**.

4. Click on the **Cancel renewal** button.

5. You will receive a confirmation screen that the subscription renewal has been cancelled and the subscription will be labeled as *Non-renewing*.

## Cancelling Recurring Subscriptions (Legacy)

|| This section applies to **Legacy** XSplit accounts only. (Accounts created __before September 3, 2025__ and haven't migrated to the [new infrastructure](/en/article/new-xsplit-infrastructure-launch-faq-1k5n3vi/).

1. Go to the XSplit Dashboard to access **Billing** in the **Dashboard sidebar.**

2. Go to **Recurring Subscriptions.** There you will see your XSplit Account's **active subscriptions.**

3. Click the **Cancel Subscription button** of the XSplit license renewal you wish to stop.

4. Click the **Cancel Account button**.

You will get a confirmation from the Dashboard that the cancellation process is completed.
