# Can I use XSplit Broadcaster on Mac OS?

XSplit Broadcaster is only compatible with [Windows 7 OS and higher](/en/article/xsplit-broadcaster-system-requirements-1pn5ek5/). There are currently no plans for a Mac OS version.

As a workaround, you can install _Boot Camp OS_ to run Windows applications on your Mac OS device. Apple has a guide where you can learn more about Boot Camp OS [here](https://support.apple.com/boot-camp).

||| XSplit Broadcaster is primarily designed to run on Windows systems. As such, you may encounter issues when running the program on Bootcamp.
